There will be two pots, one with creamy cheese sauce and the other with delicious red wine bouillon.

It’s served with file of beef and lamb, some fresh vegetables, cured ham, crispy salad, aioli, red onion-bacon compote, levain bread and roasted Puikula -potatoes.

You can upgrade you dinner with tenderloin of reindeer
